Hello,</span>

What
do you all think about VistaPrint business cards? </span>I understand they are very reasonable and I see
there are some nice designs. </span>But because
they’re so reasonable and so referred, are they over-saturated? For example there's this one card - a red card with a rose on it, that </span>I’ve seen </span></span>for a crafter, a Mary Kay consultant and a jeweler. </span>So the brand identity is lost. </span>You don’t have that connection.</span>

Know what I mean?
</span>

</span>

Thanks</span>

You can also upload your own design. I love vistaprint though - the only time I ever had a problem (something didn't print right) I called and they immediately sent out a reorder at no charge.<!--

Hi there,

I love Vista Print!! The cards are very reasonably priced and they always email you about specials and free offers!! So, I'd say, go for it!! smileys/smiley2.gif

I get your point, but I don't think most people think about it when they receive a business card. I think the quality of the card and the information on the card is more important than the picture or design.

I have some VP cards and, for the cost, they are worth it.

Since it's only $4.99 to upload a design, considering making a design of your own. I do think you lose some brand identity if you use a design that people have seen on lots of business cards or that's overly generic. Also, if you get the premium cards (as opposed to the "free" ones), no one will know they're Vista Print. The "free" cards have the Vista Print logo on the back.

Thanks everyone for your input. They have some nice designs to choose from. And it's easy to see how the affordable price would draw a lot of people to their cards, thus the potential of dupes at such events as craft shows. I will look into uploading my own design.

Thanks again!

If you have never purchased their Holiday Postcards for your business, then you are missing out. I purchased the oversized cards last year and they were truly beautiful with very heavy cardstock.

I think their products are well worth the investment.

Just my two cents here, but we just ordered the free business cards through Vista Print- I had seen a friend's and they looked so nice! She also had that rose one that seems so popular.

Anyway, I would say that if you do get cards from them, make sure you get the glossy ones. We got the plain old freebies that are on matte cardstock and they don't look very professional at all. But we are going to reorder on the glossy- it looks WAY better.

Vista Print does have good prices and a nice selection of pre-formatted designs. Before you order them, though, you should know that business cards from Vista Print are smaller than standard size business cards. I now order my business cards from iPrint instead (www.iprint.com (http://www.iprint.com)). The offerings and prices are similar, the quality is outstanding, and the business cards are standard size. I recommend checking out iPrint before you make a final decision.

Blessings,

Christy
