I was a little disturbed last night when I heard about a new consultant that had been signed up by another person and was told the only way she could start in this buisness was to buy every product in the catalouge!! She did and the lady then told her she garanteed she would make back the 3500.00 she invested in only 3 months! I always tell people to invest as little or as much as they can but that is ridiculous...there are no garantees! Its all in how hard you work!

That's terrible! It is totally unnecessary! #$%&smileys/smiley35.gif@#$%!!! I don't understand why anyone would want to mislead anyone like that? I mean, don't you have a conscience? Where are your ethics? And don't ya think they'll figure it out? that they were duped? tricked? lied to? I think this person would have every right to make a complaint to home office and be "repositioned' under someone else!!!

I wasn't sure what to do. I am certainly going to tell her, but I am unsure if Arbonne would do anything because it has been more than 3 days.

Home office is really trying to crack down on this type of thing, it is just plain wrong and totally against policy!

What? Huh? I am speechless! (ok...not for long, lol)
This is a HUGE violation of company policy. Arbonne would want to be aware of this consultant's actions so they can deal with it. They do not operate business this way & do not allow their IC's to either. However, they can only do so much since there are so many new consultants joining every day. (over 1000 a day are signing up!) So they need a little help with it & need things reported to them. I wish IC would just follow policy, then we wouldn't have these & some of the other issues happening. All it does is hurt Arbonne's reputation, which has always been stellar. This is why it is imperative that everyone train their new business builders right.

I am amazed at some of the things people do. We are all one big family at Arbonne and this lady does not deserve to be a part of the family. Call Arbonne asap.
