Oh yes, I started that first before the Fit essentials program. I got an excercise bike for Xmas and my hubby has me on a great weight program on our BowFlex. I also walk our dog everyday. I totally believe that you can't do it without exercise

Thats great!

You can lose weight without exercise, but you can't change your body composition without it, and that's really what most people want. Weight training is key, especially for women. As we build muscle, our bodies increase the density of our bones which then helps prevent osteoporosis. So go for it on that bowflex!

Default I am also starting this

I'm new, from Nashville, TN...and am very excited about starting this program. I heard Dr. Barbara Beaty speak last week about it! She is so informatitive!

I am just finishing up my first 30-day program and even though I wasn't as strict on it as I should have been, I have still lost 7 lbs. The important part for me is that I started a regular exercise program and that has made me feel great! I am going to start another 30-day program and be really strict with it this time. I know it works and I want to reach my ultimate goal. I think you will really like it.

Default I'm on Day 6

I was finally able to get started and absolutely love it. I am most amazed at how it is supressing my appitite. I'm not craving the foods that I used to have to have, especially after dinner while watching tv (popcorn and sweets).

My energy level is impressive. I am not a mornign person, and am waking up all peppy and ready for my day!

I've already lost 2 lbs, down 1/2" in my waist, 1" around my belly button and 1/2" two inches below my belly button.

Very excited to share my story and help others as I have struggled for so long and have tried so many other programs.
