7-day Cleanse

Has anyone tried it? I'm thinking about giving it a try.

I have done it. It definitely works. Although I will tell you I have tried it a couple of times and each time was a very different experience. Once was gentle and the other time was not at all. Make sure you drink lots of water.

I recently did a 5 day detox by juicing. It was amazing. I lost 8 pounds but more importantly had an amazing amount of energy and clarity. If you want any help or tips, let me know. Just send me a PM!

I have done the Arbonne 7 day body cleanse several times...the last time was right before I started the Essentials feeling fit kit and lost 43 pounds so far. My experience is gentle every time, however I have noticed that it is more pleasant if you stick with healthy foods and definitely do not drink alcohol and yes, drink lots of water. It has been OK every time, yet each time it has been different. I guess it is pulling off layers that have been there for way too many years. My daily routines never had to change because of doing th cleanse.

Please lt me know if you should have any further questions. I would definitely consider the Arbonne 7 day cleanse. There are so many harsh and crazy ones out there.

When you do the Arbonne 7 day body cleanse - do you need to be close to a bathroom? Some of those cleanses can be really harsh and cause you to go to the bathroom more often.

No it really isn't like that normally.You go more often but not normally an "emergency" situation. You just want to make sure you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

For me it worked fine. My problem was getting around the taste; but then again, I don't know of too many cleansing products that actually taste good. At least this is all natural, doesn't give you the 'runs', and works.

Stephanie, what is "juicing"? I've heard that term before, but not sure what it means. I am afraid of over- the- counter cleansing programs, have heard a lot of horror stories on those.

Juicing - sounds like steroids but it is quite the opposite. Ha! It is literally using a juicer appliance and making juice of fresh fruits and vegetables. It is better then a cleanse because not only do you flush out all the bad stuff like you do in a cleanse such as 7-day detox or another cleansing program but you then replace all the "junk" you flush out with the powerful fruits and vegetables. It is really yummy too once you learn how to combine your favorites in the right way. Plus if you have any specific conditions you are trying to correct like inflammation, high blood sugar, indigestion, etc., you can actually use specific fruits and veggies to change your health. Very powerful stuff.

Don't get me wrong the 7-day arbonne detox is a great product...but there is nothing for you as good as juicing. Watch "Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead" on netflix or Amazon and you will get the complete idea. I'm getting ready to do another juice fast after getting through all the holiday parties. Not for the weight loss as much as the energy and clarity I gained from it.

I'm interested in trying this cleanse. My friend told me about it and said she did her research. Her friend supposedly lost 8 pounds on it. Went from 170 to 162. That's pretty impressive if you ask me.

I'm not looking at it as a weight loss supplement, but more of a boost.
