Yes, you can definitely find yourself doing the something and not moving forward. Even though it's a ton of fun. Sometimes I find it helpful to say "ok 20 mins for wahm, 3 hrs postings, another 1 hour on other boards, etc..." Of course the times vary greatly, but at least I have a guideline so I don't get stuck for hours. Now, if I can post a great number quickly, etc, then I go quicker. I also rarely do it all in one sitting. Life seems to always call. Hope this helps a little.

Time sure does fly when your doing this! yes I also make a time frame...i'm all over the place all the time! LOL...I'm excited to see what kind of success I can pull off!
I hope I do well!
Is it normal for some email leads to come back? Returned?

Yes, people move or change their email. I've done it, we probably all have. Once I was getting some returned and realized that I was leaving an extra space in the the TO box. another time I left a " or a > character in the SEND TO box! I have gotten some really great results when using those leads!
