Question No longer BBB?

I got curious and went to the BBB to look up AP. And under BBB Accreditation it says NO. Did AP lose it? If thats the case then people who are putting A+ with BBB in their ads should remove it from their ads till further notice.

I never say we are BBB accredited. I say we have an A+ rating with the BBB bureau. I think most of the IBOs say this, too. That's what I teach my team. I've not had anyone miss that, before.

Here's how it's explained on all our IBO websites. I tried to copy and paste it here:

Ameriplan USA

Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.
A+

Reason for Rating

BBB rating is based on 16 factors. Factors that raised Ameriplan USA's rating include:
  • Length of time business has been operating.
  • Complaint volume filed with BBB for business of this size.
  • Response to 68 complaint(s) filed against business.
  • Resolution of complaint(s) filed against business.
  • BBB has sufficient background information on this business.

I've inquired about the same thing in the past. I'm not sure why Corp. isn't a member. However, the most important part is if you click under the "review" part, you will see that it does have an A+ rating. That's awesome! I believe most people say "A+ rating with BBB" not member of BBB. If you browse through, the BBB site you'll see a lot of businesses reviewed and rated, even though they are not officially members. Actually, I'm not sure if Corp. has ever been a member. That's a great question for Amy. It certainly would life much simpler if Corp. joined, just so we wouldn't have to explain it so often. Hope that helps. And by the way, just let me know if you need someone to carry your bags, the next time you go to Disneyland or Disneyworld.

Sorry i was confused. I hardly deal with the BBB site so didnt realize there was a difference between accredited and rating. I thought it was pretty much the same thing. My apologies.
