Need clarification on three things please

1. Do brand new brokers get paid daily? I've read that they can't until a certain time span has passed. I've also read that they are only paid daily if they want to be. Which is it?

2. How much is the average plan of 19.99/month, for customers total at the end of checkout. Are there any additional signup fees?

3. Can anyone direct me to a completed broker site provided by Ameriplan? I can't find one anywhere.

#1 - Actually both can be true.
#2 - our lowest plan the our company offers is $14.95 a month with a one-time $20 registration fee.
