Default What is the missing factor? It is not more training

You have all these gurus teaching strategies of success, but knowing how to do something is only 20% of your success 80% is the motivation for you to actually put these things into action.

Gary Halbert said years ago he send out blank audio tapes (He wanted to sell the product but had not finished the info product) only 10% said anything so he said sorry we will get those right out to you and for your trouble I will send you this special bonus tape too.

So approx. 90% of people never did a thing. Venture capitalist who are business investors who invest 100’s of 1,000 to millionaires of dollars into new start up business.

Venture capitalist have a ratio of 2% they only expect to make money on 2% of the businesses they invest in because they know most will not follow through just like us people who start business.

What do you think you can do to motivate a person to action (please share)

Respectfully,
Chris Brown

I don't think there is any secret method. I think it all boils down to staying committed and sticking to 1 thing. Too often people start a project or website then another great idea or tool comes around and they abandon that and move onto the next. These people then end up with 10 partially finished projects and nothing to show for it. Instead, if they would have focused all of that time on 1 project they would be doing much better.

I also believe that mind-set plays a huge role in progress.

I have a large team of affiliates all around the world and find the only thing that can motivate any one of them is themselves - the flame of success has to flicker, even if weakly at first, then even small successes add oxygen to the fire.

Can I motivate them? No. I can provide a lifestyle example, support them and point them in the right direction to make these initial successes (put dollars in their pocket), acknowledge and praise them - and to a very small extend sell the dream to them but finally it's up to them.

They will either take my advice, commit to training and personal development, and take action or they will, as most do, fall to the wayside. Sad but true.
