Default Suggestions?

I'm a book kindof gal. I like having books I can hold in my hand, mark pages I need, and do what I want with. I'm looking into the Affiliate Marketing option online and would love to hear of any suggestions you guys have for good books to read on the subject. Whether it's about the selling part of it, the web part, or just whatever. Would love to get some ideas for great resources. Thanks in advance

Sorry I don't have any recommendations for you but I am looking for the same. I researched online but there's soooo much info which is extremely overwhelming. I need a good book that has everything I need to know to get started in one place. Any and all recommendations will be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately the best materials I've read are in digital format. My favorite blog to read is Matt's Marketing Blog. He has an incredible webinar series.

She's right. And I think it's because they can make more money selling digital versions and move onto the next info product. There is such a huge demand for this.

Here are some free blogs to check out:
James Penn's Accelerated Niche Profits Blog (mostly regarding niches and building lists)
Robb Sutton | Entrepreneurship, Life and Finding That Balance (has moved away from this, but you can search for some great info)

And these two are just great blogging resources, which you can use to help you with your affiliate marketing if you choose to blog:
Internet Marketing Blog - Entrepreneurs-Journey.com
Blog Tips to Help You Make Money Blogging - ProBlogger

Default Books on Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marking does not have a lot of books available, I know because I have searched for some time on the subject. Be careful when searching online, everyone wants to sell you information and "systems" for $49 or more.

Do you already have a site that gets traffic, like a blog or sales site of some kind? The first step is always getting people to see your affiliate links. Once you do that there are sites that you can choose the types of products you want to advertise on your high traffic site.

I have tried doing this in the past and found it difficult to get traffic to my site. I finally plugged into a company that gave me free tools to market their stuff and just started marketing that page myself and now it is beginning to work after a few months. I have plugged into a couple of free sites to get me traffic and rank. Then I do article marketing, LinkedIn, and Twitter to help get my site visited. It is kind of fun and challenging.

If you have a site, let me know what it is, there are a couple of sites that have that have boosted my hits. Love to help.

You'll definitely find MANY things out there for only $7, $17, $27, $47, $97... etc. A lot of "7"s at the end.

The cheapest are usually at the Warrior Forum in their WSO (Warrior Special Offers). However, there is a TON of junk in there. Sure you find the occasional diamond, but it's too easy to spend a lot of money for nothing great.

To avoid spending the money you can easily find many great resources for free, you just need to spend the time doing research. Good luck!
