Customizable Affiliate Plugin/Software

I've already done a ton of research and can't find exactly what I am looking for. We may build it ourselves, but no since reinventing the wheel if it's already out there.
I am looking for an affiliate software/plugin that allows you to put any affiliate links in it you want via a CSV file. In other words, I am not interested in the ones that are only set up to work with the common affiliate networks (Amazon, CJ, Clickback, etc).
Basically, I need to be able to add affiliate links for the "little guys," bloggers we are working with that sell ebooks etc, but still want to have the functionality to be able to insert the affiliate ads in posts/sidebars/etc. easily and track them.
Any suggestions are welcome!

I am technologically challenged, so I would have no idea if there is something like that out there, have you tried to do a search through wordpress for something like that?

Do you already have a list of the affiliate links you want to promote? I can think of a few plugin types, but those mostly work directly with the common vendors you listed.

I also know of a program that will help you build the affiliate links, but nothing that will take a pre-made csv list of links.

Did you build that list on your own? How many links are you using?
