Give Your Buyer A Compelling Reason To Buy From YOU!!

Think about this for a second, why should I or anyone else buy through your affiliate link over the other guy, if you’re selling the exact same product at the exact same price?

It makes no difference to me if I bought the product through Joe blows affiliate link or yours. If I still end up with the product I want who cares where I get it from. Right?

But what if you gave me a Compelling Reason to purchase through your affiliate link instead of anyone else’s, what if you offered me more then the other guy?

You need to have something that will convince people to buy from you. Sounds like a great idea but what could you offer?

There are a bunch of different things you could offer, for example;

- Provide a free product

- Provide free software

- Offer a free additional special report

- Offer your time and provide free mentoring, coaching or support

- Spend a few bucks and purchase resell rights and give a product or service away as an added bonus.

- Give a discount on the price if you can.

Here’s a real world example of a mailing I got about a product launch, the mailer has put his compelling reason to buy from him at both the beginning and the end of his email.

Here is the beginning of the email: (I removed the affiliate owners name in the email)

I've worked with (affiliate owner) to put together a fantastic BONUS PACKAGE worth $4,973 for you, including some exclusive stuff that'll blow your mind.

Only the first 30 people who buy through me will get the bonus. This email has all the details, so please be sure to read it all. If you want make sure you qualify for my
bonus package, click the link below, head over to (affiliate owners) site right away and grab your copy:

And then at the end of the email he outlines all the bonus items and then he says this:

You'll get all nine of those bonuses in the package, worth a grand total of $4,973. And you won't have to pay a penny extra for any of it.

But only the first 30 people who buy through my link can get the package. Ewen is offering some exclusive items, and he doesn't want me to open the doors too wide. So when the 30 spots are gone, I'll take down the bonus and nobody else will be able to get it, no exceptions.

If you notice this email message has created urgency, this will induce people to take action right away. “But only the first 30 people who buy through my link can get the package”

Now he continued with his campaign and then sent this email: (I have removed the product name)

This method of marketing (urgency), works great and it has been done for years, its one method of marketing you can use for almost any type of product or service.

Now if you are recommending a product or service and it can be done with just one email, you can use another method that marketers use. That’s to lay out the steps for people to get the bonus you’re offering.

Don’t be afraid to provide steps for people to follow, you cannot assume people will know what you want them to do. That’s why you see links and buttons that say “Click Here” or “Buy Now”

So for these types of emails you can use something like this. Putting this at the end of your email works great: (let’s assume the payment method is Paypal)

So now instead of doing what every other affiliate marketer is doing, now you’ll be doing what a select few successful affiliate marketer are doing.
