As many people have already mentioned, creating backlinks and getting good SERPs. I'm mentioning this again because this is very important. If you're going to rank in the first page of google and you'll have 100s of people visiting your website without any paid form of advertising, i.e., organic traffic.

Can't think like you did. Still i think that affiliate marketing requires you to keep those affiliate products after telling some about those products.

Otherwise you will not get any sale

Traffic does not have much effect i think, if you need to rank higher on SERPs, then you need to optimize your keyword well, the more you optimize your keywords, the better ranking you will get. Backlinks doesn't have much effect on SERPs.

I'm pretty sure this is inaccurate... at least all of the so called experts claim backlinks are very important.

Here is a little tips from me.

I discovered over eighty percent of the people who visit your site are not going to buy from you. So i use opt in page to offer them free information in exchange for their email address. This way i can still keep in touch with my prospect of day 1.

Hello Friends.......

1. Know Your Audience

The most successful way to use affiliate programs is to anticipate and meet the needs of your readers.

2. Be Trustworthy

Readers are savvy. They know an affiliate link when they see one. If you break their trust by promoting a product you don't believe in or take advantage of their visit with too many ads, they will leave and never come back.

Thanks

Great tips ladies! Affiliate marketing, to do well, is like any other business. If you're using your blog (as I do), focus on content first, and affiliate links second. As Lynn and other super affiliates will say you can't have a skeleton of a blog with only affiliate links. Affiliate products that you're using and people have a need for, especially for their business.

When you're referring products you're putting your reputation on the line so focus on quality products. Start with content marketing, which will help to build your list, and then you'll have more success with affiliate marketing .
