Smile 24-day challenge results

I wanted to give an update on the results I am having with the 24-day Challenge.
I am feeling great!

Lost 2 inches so far...down to a size 5 jeans-WooHoo!
I feel clean inside and out...
I am starting the other half of the challenge tommorrow-the Max Energy Phase.

I love this part-max energy and more inch loss thru fat burning!
Adding the fat burner,and thermogenesis product-Thermoplus to the regime.

I bought a new workout- 10 Minute Solutions-Knockout Body dvd.
It has 5 different kickboxing routines and you can do 10 minutes a day or all of them, depending on what you want to do and level of fitness.
It came with gloves that have 2 lb weights in them and I really need to tone my arms again ,so I am starting it tommorrow,can't wait!
I know the spark,Catalyst and protein shakes will grealty improve my results and level of toning and leaning out so I am anticipating great results (I am wanting to get fit for April 3rd vendor show at a Pro Wrestling match game I am doing).
