I was looking through here and I don't think anyone has posted them yet but I love these two sites they started out as only point earners then they convert to cash and pay out monthly.
But now they are all cash, 1 and 2 cent links with 5 second timers. I will be getting my second round of payouts on the 10th, They pay with paypal only. I love these sites and its worth checking out and signing up
