Wow, I was able to read his responses in the email, you are right it does appear that he has explained what the meaning in the last paragraph of #2 Compensation means, but if I understood what I had read in that agreement, you don't get paid until the employer pays Team DoubleClick, so I am not sure how they think you might get over paid.
