I am also doing Nutri System, but not so strict. I eat their food for breakfast & lunch, but not dinner (except maybe 1 to 2 times per week). I lost 3 lbs the 1st week and 1 lb the 2nd week. I only decided to try it to help jump start my weight loss. I am also working out 5 days a week, one hour a day. I get on my treadmill for 35 minutes and do my BowFlex for 25-30 minutes a day. Since I only have about 15 - 20 lbs to lose, I thought I would give it a try. The food is quite good. Only a few items that I totally hated, so I wont order those again. Overall the food is good, fills you up, and is quite simple.
