Jelmyoung: Eeek, I am mortified; I did not realize I had not selected email notification for replies, so I had no idea that there was a post here I needed to answer until browsing tonight. My sincere apologies.
The answer about the blogging, however, is a long story; the short version is that Auntie's Food Life was initially set up for me (by a consultant, a really long boring story) as basically an entry portal for my other website (see signature). There's a lot of connectivity in the "blogosphere," so Auntie's blog was a method by which to tie into that connectivity.
Sometimes I get into it, but it's work for me, (not a spot to vent or really put my "own stuff"), because The Icebox Dineris a commercial enterprise (although I hope people find it useful and some fun!). I try to start each blog entry with a small bit of humor, or at least I have in the last two weeks, and I did a blog in November about the Great Macademia Nut Cookie disaster, in which I poked fun at myself, instead of blogging about frozen food or diets/nutrition. <shrug>
I hope this answers your question, and again, mea culpa about missing your question.

Ahh! I see No problem about the delay in reply, I don't subscribe to posts either and have to come back to check often. I enjoyed your site and blog very much!
