This sounds suspicious to me. It sounds like adult chat so be prepared for adult conversations live on camera. Although they say it is an Admin job so maybe not but I would make sure. I would never hand over a pic of myself with date of birth and phone number. Do you really have to be beautiful to be a Chat Admin?
Chat customer service jobs are getting more popular though so stay tuned. Many companies are starting up that sell the software and offer their own employees to do the job. But I'm not sure it pays well though. It kind of reminds me of Odesk or Freelancer. Many people bid and the company needing the service chooses who they want.
