You would think that a transcription company would be more interested in the skills of a transcriber rather than how much knowledge they have about downloading zipped files and being able to unzip them.
There might be a dumb bunny out there who can't unzip a file with Peapea or whatever it's called, but this same dumb bunny just might be an excellent transcriptionist with years of experience and capable of producing quality transcripts.
I understand them wanting folks to be able to follow directions, but putting up hurdles to jump and stop signs related to technology is nuts.
