Rachiegoth: I do see what you're saying and thank you for posting pleasantly. The way something is posted does make a difference in how it's perceived.
I do work for several companies and have tested for some others, including GMR, and have not found one that does what you're describing, (although that doesn't mean they don't exist). The only time I ran across a problem was for a company that has their own editor and everyone has problems with the download and the files. They have their own thread on here too and people post about it all the time and get help.
I just don't see my answer as helping the OP with her test. But we all have different opinions. Thanks.
