What we need is a lifestyle change, not a diet. If you cut out the sugars & processed foods and start eating foods that are alive, you'd be amazed how fast the pounds just melt off! I replaced white sugar with turbinado (real) sugar or honey (in my tea) and started juicing (grapefruits are great for losing weight!) and 10 pounds melted off FAST.
You should also detox your liver, as fat can and probably is stored there. I'm about to do a 7 day detox program starting on Monday. If anyone would like to join me, just PM and I can get you the details of the program. I also drink a detox tea every morning that helps eliminate toxins from my liver. I'm almost at my high school weight. (40 pounds lighter!)
