I agree with what has been said here, do not be afraid and just do it. You can get started with little to no money if you already have the makings of an office at home. You do need to have the skills, but you can get started if you do.
Not to take away from Virtual Assistance, because I am still a VA, but you can also earn money writing, check out the writing forum too.
Also, telemarketing, check out that forum too.
