I've been with AVon for 7+ years. Avon as you know is over 120 years old! I've watched a few people come in and rise quickly, one just about at the very top of the comp plan, a speaker at last years convention too and she's only been with Avon 5 years or so.
Anything is possible if you put your heart and soul into it and believe in yourself. The "older" companies have been around for a long time for a reason :-)

Leaders are great! The Lord wants us to be abundant, he also wants us to work and his law is so amazing. Poverty is a sin, that is why I love positive like minded people that can touch the lives of so many great souls.
