I don't have it, my parents do. I never got to
explore all of the options with it that it has.

The part of it I did work with was a lot of Yoga
type moves, concentrating on keeping core
centered and balanced.

I did read an article that speculated that it
would not create a fitness revolution because
most would simply not use it (similar to all
routines and such).

But I've also seen a video where a mid-teen
guy managed a lot of weight loss doing
Dance Dance Revolution.

I'd say if you think you'd stick with it and treat
it like an investment in yourself, you could see
some results from it (with that and proper
nutrition, of course). The key is to simply do
something, and that was the idea behind the
Wii Fit....to get people to do something and
disguise it as a video game.
