Great advice above. My suggestion is to make a schedule and stick with it. I have a planner and everything goes into it including time with my granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law, not just work stuff. It is easier now that my son is older. However, watching first hand how a business works from little on (I would give him little jobs as an employee and pay him) he is now a successful business man himself who is now juggling his time to spend time with his daughter and doing a good job at it.
