That is SO wrong!

The only ones meant to drink cow milk is baby cows not humans.

Milk is loaded with bovine growth hormones, unhealthy FAT, VERY hard to digest and causes acne and skin problems.

I quit drinking it many years ago and all my acne cleared up!

Despite what the phony baloney tv commercials tell you...milk is NOT the perfect food!

There are WAY better sources to get protein and CALCIUM from than commercial cow milk!

Brocolli has way more calcium than milk and a few raw almonds has way more protein than cow milk.

Goat milk and cow milk are not even in the same ballpark!

So if you feel you really need milk go for goat milk.
