It's funny because you guys really don't know what you are talking about... sorry but I just don't know a better way to break it to you, LOL!
Some of the things I see online about SBI are ridiculous - there's maybe 10% of truth, and the rest is complete nonsense - I am curious as to where all this disinformation comes from?
SiteSell revolutionized the entire industry, pioneered a lot of what internet companies are doing/copying today, and they are still cutting edge - constantly evolving and ahead of everyone. So there goes your "outdated" myth.
And it's not just about building a site - if web presence is all you need, then I agree you don't need SBI. But if you actually want to be found online when people search for your products/services, then SBI is the only way to go for a newbie/non-techie person.
Heck, even a lot of programmers choose SBI - because it takes care of all the technical stuff, and lets people focus on more important things (content and product creation, etc).

link removed by mod] - I started it with ZERO knowledge of how to build a site. I initially built it to promote our local house painting company. But now it grew into something bigger - over 1,000 unique daily visitors and a very nice passive income stream (plus free daily leads for our physical business). And I've been working on my site - really working - just for the past 6 months or so.
My traffic and income is growing every month (my target is 5,000 daily uniques by the end of this year) - and I'm just scratching the surface when it comes to my site's potential! Oh, and I've used only maybe 30% of SBI's resources. I have no idea what "limits" people are talking about!
I'm sure I too sound like a "cult member" and I really don't care, I take it as a complement. I have a firsthand experience of using this business-building system with great success. I swear by it.
