Liz, the one I use I got from VAinsiders in my signature link (Kick Start Your VA Biz link). It's a very detailed, 3-page contract that contains everything from tasks to communication, confidentiality, non-disparagement, limitation of liability, etc.
However, it's not one I can share as it comes with their yearly Supercharge membership and I don't have sharing rights. I have seen some that are free, but they are a lot less-detailed and leave you vulnerable in many aspects.
Check with an attorney and see what they charge. The Supercharge membership is $333 for a year, so it may be comparable. You can also do a month-to-month membership for $37/month, but you won't have access to every contract until you have been a member for awhile. If paying month-to-month, every month you are a member you get access to a new set of contracts/documents.
Being a Supercharge member also gives you access to 108 other documents and templates and over 40 tutorials and ebooks. You also get access to their RFP system (even with the monthly option) and quite a few web/blog content management requests come through over there if you are still building your client base.
