I enjoy 5-6 small meals a day...sometimes I enjoy 3 regular meals...all depends on what my body needs at the moment.I have been upping my cardio lately and have discovered I do best at the higher end of daily calorie needs.I eat alot of fruits/veggies,whole grains etc.
