Most experts recommend you eat every 3 to 4 hours and smaller portions. Calories are important too. Just because something is "healthy" doesn't mean you can eat a lot of it. Both of these combined with exercise is the best way to lost weight.

You are a lucky individual if you can lose weight by eating 3 regular meals a day!
