I agree with Mika, do your research. US operators have 20.00 taken from their pay to have their paycheck forwarded to their bank. Which upon arrival another 12.00 is taken out. My bank told me it was to cover charges incurred on the "other" end. Christmas bonuses were promised and then not paid. Took over a month to get that straightened out. I resigned a few weeks ago, my letter to Spencer was never acknowledged nor have I been paid whats owed. I hope to be on the monthly pay date which is the 10th. I did note that the next day the managers dropped me from MSN so someone read my resignation.
On a more positive note, the managers and team leaders are very nice and helpful. Was not a good fit for me but for others may be just fine. Good luck!
