I've worked for BHG for several months. They don't hire many people; IIRC, they said during training that they only have about 150+/- US evaluators. I don't have an MA but many of the people in my training class did; I think we all had at least a BA.
The work is structured somewhat differently than LF and WFL; you're required to commit to 20 hours a week and it's broken up into 4 hours per day, M-F. Absolutely no weekend work. The company is fantastic; tons of personal communication with your team leader & manager, great feedback, monthly meetings via conference call, etc.
