Actually the lead capture page is something my team's been using for a long time and I actually offer it to my own downline organization FREE.
I think my original design came from Susan Goodknight, but here is what I (and my team members) use:
http://www.USDentalPlans.com. Anyone on my team that wants a page like that, simply asks me for one and I create one that will have a form that is sent to their inbox. They can then take those leads that have been captured and enter them into their Earnware system and send their autoresponders to them.
I've also created them for the business opportunity as well and my team members can use them for FREE.
We really encourage members of our organization to do what they can for free or very little cost until they are generating an enough income to logically start investing in their marketing and advertising.
I ALWAYS tell my team members - Don't spend your money on advertising or marketing ideas unless you've checked with your upline and gotten advice from someone that has been here long term. It's best to get advice from those more experienced first so money isn't wasted.
