I'm thinking about joining the NEC program. I was looking through their projects list and noted one possible error, or I'm missing something. The project "CD Case" on their website lists the skills needed as "glue, cut, paint". However, going over WAHM threads about NEC I noticed someone mentioned sewing is required. Since I don't sew, this could be a real show-stopper and I'd like to clarify it before ordering the starter kit.
I'm looking to start out simple with "B" level projects until I build some confidence, then possibly move to more advanced ones. Can anyone either clarify the CD cases issue, or suggest a better alternative project to get my feet wet with?
