Dine and Discounts Ripoff
Dine and Discounts is a complete ripoff. They state they have a national discounts program with Perkline / Abenity but this is not true. They are illegally representing that they offer discounts with national retailers, restaurants, etc. but they have no such agreement with Perkline / Abenity.
Their discount membership is a sham.
