8 ounces of
fat-free milk or 1% milk, fruit juice, herb tea, decaffeinated coffee or tea, juice count for a full glass of water.
8 ounces of
black or green tea, caffeinated sodas, iced tea, coffee count for a half glass of water.
8 ounces of
alcoholic drinks don't count for water
