Hi mtradar123,
I'm not sure if you were able to figure out the wrapping of the balls yet or not, but I didn't see where anyone else answered your question, so I thought I might be able to help. I work on the Penguin as well and have been approved on it for over a year. What I do is I use smaller pieces, stretch it by pulling it a little at a time, working your way up the piece of wool, and then just wrap the small section around the ball one way. Then take another piece stretching it and turn the ball the opposite way you wrapped the first piece and wrap the 2nd piece of wool. Continue using smaller pieces of wool and rotating the ball so you are wrapping over any 'open' areas of the ball. By using smaller pieces, you should be able to get it tight and you won't have excess wool hanging over the edges of the ball which is what makes it feel and look real loose. If that doesn't help, let me know and I'll try to explain it a little better. Just remember to keep some tension on the wool as you wrap, but not to much tension that you keep pulling it apart...also I find it easier to wrap the thread towards me instead of away from me..but you may find it easier the other way.
