I wanted to add that I've been accepted also. I have to put my training off for about a week in order to clear my schedule. I've read elsewhere that training must be completed within 20 days of the background check and welcome email. Can you confirm that, Hiring Manager? While it certainly won't be 20 days, I would be devastated if a week to ten days disqualifies me.

Unlike some of the call center hiring mills, (one in particular that I've contracted with for several years) ACD has a reputation for agent camaraderie and contentment.
