Default My Autistic Twins...

I've been lurking these boards for a while, and don't have many posts, but I wah thru kfc, quicktate, and callgraph. It's starting to get impossible with my 2-year-old autistic twin girls and if you pray, please put Serena and Sophia in your prayers. They have 3 therapists that come to the home, but they don't seem to be progressing mentally, don't eat table food except chicken fingers, don't speak, don't say "mama" and they only wear size 3-6 months unless it is a pajama onesie. They are physically healthy, and being premature has not caused physical problems and they get vitamins as well as supplemental drinks along with formula. I was told by the doctor that autism doesn't mean they are unhealthy, and it is not attributed to being premature. I specifically asked for mercury free shots when they got vaccinations to prevent this, ironically! Even though...it was supposedly all hype about the vaccinations causing autism. It's apparently genetic and not environmental.

They scream so much and climb on windowsills/counters (use toys, and each other if I take toys away) that I can't work unless they are asleep, which is late at night and no work on kfc or quicktate, and I have no furniture because they climb on it and get hurt, tear it apart (couch is ruined), bite table legs, etc. They bang their heads against doors and there's is knocked off the hinge and has a hole in it. I haven't even cared about brushing my hair lately because I'm so stressed. Anyone else have autistic girls? I don't have any other mom that understands that I can talk to, and that would be wonderful.

Thanks for reading!
