Just to be clear - I have absolutely nothing to do with the advertising of this site. I suggested using the FF add-on to block it because I knew how annoying it was to me
personally and was thrilled to find that it could be blocked. So I thought it would be a great way for those who wanted to stick around but hated the ad to enjoy their experience here instead of dealing with that ad constantly.
Whether it should be allowed here or not is in no way up to me and my posts suggesting to block it should not be taken as a suggestion one way or the other about whether the ad should be
allowed here. This site has to make money and it is up to the owner how to make money and what should or should not be allowed here in terms of advertisements.
