I'm not sure how people earn that much, but I would assume that if kgb_ is paying out over a grand in a month to one person, they're going to look closely at his activity.
If he's gaming, he's awfully good at it. Its not like he's flying under the radar. He's getting noticed, so I'd think he's getting reviewed as well.
