Hi,
Looking after the toddlers and crawlers are so difficult sometimes.I think she doesn't
get enough sleep at home.Ask her parents to put her to sleep early and make her a habit to have a complete peaceful sleep at night.She will be happy and smiling after getting a full time nap.She is completely stranger in a new environment sooner she will be acquainted and familiarize with other babies then she will find more fun here.
