We have been using Constant Contact for over 2 years for our newsletter, and absolutely love it because it is so easy to use. It's easy to drop your own template into or use one of the MANY that are available within the program. It is easy to track click-throughs and open rates in CC. Customer service is very quick and responsive, and their online help is quite extensive and helpful. Whatever I have not been able to find there the customer service rep has been able to help with very quickly.
We use AWeber as our autoresponder, simply because CC doesn't have that capability except on a very limited basis. We have been extremely pleased with the service. Creating a signup for for a website is VERY easy. W did try it for the newsletter, but went back to CC almost immediately. Too complicated, and didn't have time to figure out all the nuances.
We also tried Get Response, and was VERY displeased with it and would not recommend it.
