I was also having the same probelm yesterday.
Here is how it should be formatted

Well, I had to post it like this so that you could see the code. However, they are not any spaces between any of the characters in the code..
So, it is the bracket, url, the equal sign, the quotation marks,
http://, with your www address, closed quotations, closed brakcts, the text you want displayed, bracket, forward slash, url, closed bracket
Hope that helps, remember there are no spaces in between any of that, and it all can fit on one line, but I did it that way so that it would display.
