This has always been one of my big questions. If you are working for a medical software company how would they know if you were working for another company. Are they going to call around to other call centers to check your name. Truly they can only stress for the product they are selling and vitamins and software don't compete. I don't know what either do but don't get hung up on legalism in these things. If they have time to call every call center in the nation and your information should never be given out by your current employer then understand the hype in their mind puts a control over you and then you will be a good employee. Please understand it's called control. We all need a job and if they are not open enough to understand you need more than 1 income then do you really want to work for them. But, ask yourself a question. Are they going to go to the extent of time and money to do anything. Think not..... if you are a good employee then that's all they will look for. Remember it's all about the $$$$'s
