Hello All...

I have been fortunate enough to have received offers from Sutherland@Home and from Cloud 10. I have received my on boarding paperwork from both companies and I need to get it submitted in the very near future, however, I am very undecided.

Obviously, Cloud10 has a required Non-Compete Agreement, which would limit me from accepting employment elsewhere while working for them, however, that hasn't been enough to change my mind about them.

I was hoping that perhaps some of you would have more insight on one or both of the companies, and be able to give me some advice. I am most concerned with the companies' reputations to pay their employees, the volume of work they have (I can't afford to have my shifts cut), and in general what to expect from them.

Any feedback would be very much appreciated, as I really need to make a decision soon.
