water consumption?
How much water do you ladies drink in a day? I know you're supposed to get 8 glasses but unfortunately I never do... I've been starting to drink a little Crystal Light though, on their website it says that women who drink CL get up to 20% more water in a day! Does anyone else drink Crystal Light or do you get 8 glasses of water a day on your own?
