I have Jillian's book (and wrote a review on it months ago). Too bad I couldn't have gotten it for free (shipping costs) because it really, really, really wasn't worth what I paid for it...LOL!
And thanks for the link to the back pain book! My mom's having a terrible time with her back again, even though she's going to the chiropractor. It's sort of like sciatica, but not quite. Maybe something in the book will help her.
