I will be cutting back my exercising to three days a week.
Sunday - nothing today
Monday - elliptical only for 30 minutes, burned 304 calories
Tuesday - none today
Wednesday - elliptical for about 32 minutes, burned just a tad more than last time (forgot to look hehe)
Thursday - none today
Friday - had such a headache at the end of work today I just came home

I hope to do a little workout this weekend.
