So I found someone 3000 miles away by way of google.
Anywho, you are correct that your friend, as long as he is active, will accumulate the bv in the one leg that is growing. When he grows the other leg, he will then get 10% of the lesser leg, and that volume will be subtracted from the other leg. Brig Hart explains it great on his website.
